On the 22nd of april 2017 it was time again - Denkstein Immobilien invited to its popular "vernissage with dance and music" - the large-scale award ceremony of the Denkstein real estate photo competition. Exclusively for the third Denkstein Real Estate Closing Event, the "Salzburg Marionette Theater" opened its splendid premises this year. The invitation with live music and DJ beats, free food and drinks was followed by over 150 invited guests. The 20 best photos on the topic "Coming HOme is ...." were presented in an atmospheric way between the puppets of this old Salzburg cultural institution. "We are pleased that our photo contest is still very popular every year," says Michael Denkstein. With the photo competition and the event, Michael Denkstein wants to show that a good network, personal contacts and a good time together are important to him, as well as good business relations. "It is important to contribute positive things - be it for friendship, for society or for successful business relationships," explains the real estate agent. Meanwhile, the selected locations of the Denkstein events are also legendary. After the photo studio of Helge Kirchberger, an old industrial building in Schallmoos, the Leica gallery and the loft in the Müllner Hauptstraße 1, this time the puppet theater in Schwarzstraße 24 was used to play a particularly exclusive venue. "I am very grateful to be able to hold a big party for the first time in these magnificent baroque rooms", says Michael Denkstein happily, "because nothing is more important to a real estate agent than great real estate!" In October 2016, Denkstein Immobilien called for the third photo contest and invited all hobby, amateur and professional photographers to submit photos by the end of February 2017. Through the specially developed APP, the Facebook page or the homepage of Denkstein real estate around 60 photos were submitted. Thanks to the generosity of the sponsors Leica, Grossglockner Hochalpenstrassen AG (GROHAG) and Foto-Kücher, the prices for the participants of "Coming HOME is ...." were even more attractive this year. The winner was personally presented with a Leica camera by Leica Art Director Karin Rehn-Kaufmann. Foto Kücher sponsored vouchers worth EUR 200, - and the Großglocknerhochalpenstraßen AG again provided an overnight stay for 4 people in the house "Mesenaten" on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road as well as a toll card and a day pass. We congratulate our winners 2016/17 and thank you all for your participation! HERE YOU CAN VIEW THE WINNING PHOTOS!
